Cortland County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a Syracuse man who was accused of burglary and assault earlier this year.
At the time, it was found that 29-year old Alejandro Maldonado and another man broke into a Town of Cortlandville home and assaulted a victim. An arrest warrant was later issued for Maldonado and he was detained on charges of felony burglary and misdemeanor assault.
Maldanado’s since been arraigned and released; he’s due back in court November 8th.
