A survey released by the Cortland County Health Department shows that 60.7% of adult residents in Cortland County support a smoking ban on all public buildings and workplaces in Cortland County.
The survey, taken in 2021, asked adults if Tobacco Free Zones should be applied to all public grounds, buildings, and workplaces. This includes not just county owned properties, but other municipalities and services within Cortland County.
