You might have seen or heard on social media that the SUNY Cortland Stadium Complex would start serving alcohol starting at tomorrow’s game as the football team takes on Morrisville at 1 pm.
We reached out to the Cortland State Athletics Sports Information department to verify that indeed it is just a rumor.
SUNY Cortland Athletic facilities have a no alcohol policy at all of their facilities.
First seen on the Barstool Cortland’s Instagram page. A headline from a Carolina News Station reads ‘Cortland Football Stadium will start selling beer at football games beginning Saturday.’
The TV News station has no article or mention whatsoever of this headline on their website.
