All students, faculty, staff and visitors should also practice physical distancing and avoid large groups when on campus.

With few exceptions, no visitors are allowed in any campus buildings or structures or at any SUNY Cortland events.

“We have made tremendous progress against COVID-19 on our campus, but we must keep up the efforts that led to our success,” Bitterbaum said. “We are all tired of pandemic restrictions. As more people receive vaccines and things start to loosen up, it is tempting to let down our guard. Please remember that the pandemic is still with us and we are not yet out of the woods. This is not an announcement of new rules. This is simply a reminder of requirements that have been in place since the fall semester.”
