Students Take Their Fight Against Tobacco Use To Albany

Local News

Some Cortland High School students travel to Albany today (Tuesday) to meet with Senator James Seward, Assemblywoman Barbara Lifton and possibly Assemblyman Gary Finch.

The students will talk about the local tobacco control program and the work Reality Check has done in the community.

They will be accompanied by Melissa Potter, MPH, Public Health Educator Reality Check Lead Coordinator Cortland County Health Department and Kat Chambers.

X101 hopes to hear from the students after their visit, and we’ll share their comments.
