Storm Sewer Work Continues in Downtown Cortland – Defective Sidewalks to be Removed

Work is continuing in Downtown Cortland along Main Street. According to Crown City Rising, work is still being done cleaning storm sewer catch basins; parking will be temporarily restricted in areas the cleaning is being done.

Defective sidewalks will also begin to be removed in select areas. The City of Cortland has been actively working with the contractor in identifying, removing, and replacing sections of sidewalks that do not meet the standards the city expects.
