State to Provide Funding to School Districts for Mental Health Resources

The state is making $50 million available for school districts to improve student access to mental health resources and assist students who have experienced trauma that has impacted their education.



Districts can apply for the money through the state office of mental health. The effort is a reaction to the COVID pandemic and disruptions in students’ education and social lives.
