State Police – No Threat to Public After Incident on Frederick Ave. in Homer

New York State Police says there is no threat to the public after an incident that had occurred at a residence on Frederick Ave. in the Town of Homer on Tuesday, February 13th.

No additional information was yet available by State Police saying to X101 News it is an active and ongoing investigation.

The incident occurred right before 10 pm Tuesday night. Initial reports were of a shots fired call, but this has not yet been confirmed by officials.

Officers from the Homer Police Department, Cortland County Sheriff’s Office, and the City of Cortland Police responded to the scene to assist State Police.
