State Police Make Another Arrest In Kidnapping And Murder of Ithaca Man

An 11th arrest has been made in the investigation of the kidnapping and murder of Thomas Rath.


State Police have arrested 39 year old Kysha S. Radcliff of Dryden and charged her with Kidnapping in the 1st, a class “A” Felony for her role in the case. State Police continued saying the investigation remains ongoing.

On August 28th, officials from the New York State Police, Ithaca Police, Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office, and the offices of both the Tompkins and Tioga County District Attorney’s Office announced the arrest of 10 suspects involved in Rath’s disappearance. You can find the original story below:
