State Police Investigating Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Marathon

The New York State Police in Binghamton on May 27 around 10pm responded to a report of a motorcycle that crashed on I81 in the Town of Marathon.
A State Trooper located a 2022 Harley Davidson motorcycle that crashed into a guardrail on I81 South.
The operator of the motorcycle, 44 year old Daniel McPhillips of Throop, Pa was later located deceased.
The investigation is currently on-going.
