On Wednesday, July 19th around 3 pm, the New York State Police along with Ithaca College Public Safety and EMS responded to a residence in the area of the 1000 block of Danby Road in the Town of Ithaca for a suspicious death.
An investigation conducted by officers found 28 year old Keith A. Rowser Jr. of Ithaca, had killed his father, 52 year old Keith A. Rowser Sr.
Rowser Jr. was charged with Murder in the 2nd, a Felony. He was taken into custody with assistance from Ithaca College Public Safety and Ithaca Police.
He was arraigned at Tompkins County Central Arraignment and remanded to Tompkins County Jail with no bail.
State Police say the investigation is on-going.
