State Police arrested three young men in connection to a rape that’s alleged to have occurred at a town of Homer residence in July 2020.
Their investigation also revealed the men provided an alcoholic beverage to the victim, who is under the age of twenty-one.
As a result, the following individuals were charged:
Twenty-two year-old Drew Stafford, of Homer — Felony Rape and Sex Abuse charges and a misdemeanor for Unlawfully Dealing with a Child, all in the first degree.
Stafford responded to the barracks at Homer on October 8, where he was processed then arraigned virtually.
He was ordered to report to Alternatives to Incarceration and appear in Homer Town Court on November 24.
Twenty-one year-old Brandon Aylesworth, of Homer —Misdemeanor of Unlawfully Dealing with Child in the first degree.
Aylesworth responded to the barracks at Homer and was processed and issued an appearance ticket to the town of Homer court for October 20.

McMasters responded to the barracks at Homer and was processed and issued an appearance ticket to the town of Homer court for November 17.
