The Great New York State Fair starts up this week and it looks like there are some big things lined up for this year’s live music series.
According to the New York Department of Agriculture, The State Fair and Chevrolet announced yesterday that they’ve agreed to an immediate three-year, $525,000 sponsorship extension.
Starting this year, the new changes will combine the Fair’s two main music stages (Chevy Court and Experience Stage) into one large “Chevrolet Music Festival.”
More than 75 performances are expected this year, with huge free shows like Blondie, Counting Crows, Smokey Robinson and so much more.
