Once again, you can get your favorite Dolci, Cannoli and Pizza Fritta…after a two year COVID break, the St. Anthony’s Festival will return this June.
It’s all here, the Spaghetti Supper, Music, Kid Games, the traditional mass and procession, and what they call the nearly famous sausage with peppers and onions!
Safety measures will be in place and activities will be outside. Save the dates, June 11 and 12th.
IT’S BACK! The Festival Committee is happy to announce that the Saint Anthony’s Festival is BACK for 2022. After two years of cancellations due to the pandemic, Cortland’s favorite Italian Festival and celebration of Saint Anthony will be held on Saturday, June 11th and Sunday, June 12th. Many of the Festival favorites are planned—the Spaghetti Supper, Music, Kid Games, the traditional mass and procession, and of course, the food—-Ethnic Italian dishes, Dolci, Cannoli, and Pizza Fritta, AND the nearly famous sausage with peppers and onions!
The members of Cortland’s Saint Anthony of Padua Parish welcome the community to join them on June 11th and June 12th. “We have been praying and waiting for the return to our Festival”, says Annamaria Maniaci, Festival Co-Chair. “The community has been so supportive while we’ve had to shift and pivot through the pandemic with our curbside sub sales events. We are grateful, but feel it is long overdue to bring the Festival back—the way we know and love it!”
Safety measures will be in place. Activities will be held outside. Watch for further details as we move closer to the Festival. More information can be found on the Saint Anthony’s Festival Facebook Page.
We hope to see you, back in-person, at the Saint Anthony’s Festival on June 11th and June 12th
