SPEAK Up Cortland Suicide Prevention Coalition has announced Cortland County residents may now receive free gunlocks.
The free gunlocks are courtesy of the City of Cortland Police Department and the Office of Veterans Affairs. Residents may pick up the gunlocks at the county Environmental Health Division, Family & Children’s Counseling, DSS, or the Cortland Free Library.
“SPEAK Up Cortland Suicide Prevention Coalition is proud to be able to provide free gunlocks to the people of Cortland County courtesy of the Cortland City Police and our local Office of Veterans Affairs.” Haile Cutte, Public Health Fellow & SPEAK UP Cortland Co-Chair said in a statement.
