Just before noon on January 23, officers with the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart for a reported larceny. During their investigation, the Sheriff’s Office says officers arrested 40 year old Jacquline N. Hinkle of Willseyville, NY.
Officers determined Hinkle had stolen merchandise from the store. She was arrested and charged with Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor. Hinkle was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and was later released on an appearance ticket. She is due in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
