The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office has recognized two members of the Office on their recent retirements: Sergeant Starner, and Officer Kemp. Both who have served the Sheriff’s Office for over 15 years.
Sergeant Starner has retired after serving 19 years, and Officer Kemp retires after 18 years with the Sheriff’s Office.
