Two have been arrested after a larceny complaint came in at Walmart around 6pm on Monday, August 28th in Cortlandville.
Officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to the store and after an investigation determined 23 year old Darrell A. White of Bayshore, NY, and 21 year old Olivia M. Caggiano of Cortland, had stolen merchandise from the store.
Both were charged with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy in the 6th, both Misdemeanors. They were transported to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office where they were processed, and released on appearance tickets.
White and Caggiano are due in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
