On Wednesday afternoon, March 26th, officers with the Cortland Sheriff’s Office responded to Walmart just after 3:30pm for a reported larceny. An investigation determined 22 year old Vincent G. Marvulli of Wallkill, NY, had stolen merchandise from the store.
Officers charged Marvulli with Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor. He was taken to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and later released on an appearance ticket. Marvulli is due in Cortlandville Town Court next month.
