On Wednesday, June 7th, an arrest was made by officers from the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office for a man wanted on numerous warrants in the Town of Freetown.
Officers arrested Kraig K. McCombs of Parish, NY, after he was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 2nd, Reckless Endangerment in the 1st, both Felonies, and Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd, a Misdemeanor.
The charges come after an investigation was conducted by officers of McCombs. The investigation found McCombs had smashed the side window of the victims vehicle and then he intentionally drove his vehicle into the victims, which caused additional damage. He then fled the scene before officers arrived.
McComb was arraigned and later remanded to Cortland County Jail on no bail. He is scheduled to appear in Freetown Town Court later this month.
