The Cortland County Sheriff’s Department held their annual Road Patrol Division awards recently. Sheriff Mark Helms and Undersheriff Budd Rigg presented the awards to the officers in categories of not using sick time, Certificate of Honorable Service, Certificate of Recognition, and Certificate of Community Relations.
