Seven Valleys Health Coalition Partners With Guthrie to Host Maternity Oasis Mobile Unit

The Seven Valleys Health Coalition (SVHC) says on Wednesday, October 15th from 10am to 3pm, the Guthrie Maternity Oasis Mobile (MOM) unit will be at the Seven Valleys Food Rescue Parking lot at 174 Homer Ave.

“This mobile health clinic provides quality, affordable services to all individuals requiring OB/GYN care including pregnant and post-partum individuals across southcentral NYS. The specialized team provides convenient and individualized care with emphasis on reducing common barriers patients face when seeking services.” SVHC said in a release.

According to the SVHC, the MOM unit supports healthy pregnancies, reduce maternal health disparities and enhance the overall wellbeing for their patients with access to unique services not typically found in a standard doctors office. Those can include nutrition, lactation, and mental health counseling.
