Seven Valleys Health Coalition Announces 2025 Winter Challenge

The Seven Valleys Health Coalition (SVHC) has announced the return of their Winter Challenge for 2025. The challenge is a free and family-friendly way to stay active, have fun, and connect with the Cortland Community during the winter months, SVHC says.

SVHC says the challenge is seasonal activity to bring movement and engagement to participants with indoor and outdoor activities. Some of the activities include visiting local trails or trying a new cooking recipe.

Those who are interested in participating are asked to follow the SVHC on their social media and to get a challenge board at their office at 10 Kennedy Parkway in Cortland or at a participating business. You may also download the board online by clicking HERE.

Participants may complete as many activities as they would like on the board and then share their progress with a photo of their completed activity and tagging Seven Valleys Health Coalition with the hashtag #WinterChallenge2025 to be entered into a prize drawing. Every post will count as one entry.

The challenge officially begins on January 1st with prize drawings happening at the end of January. More information may be found HERE.
