A safe place to dispose of unused, unneeded or expired medications is coming up later this month at four different locations on Saturday, September 24th beginning at 9am.
The locations for medication disposal are:
- Cincinnatus Fire Department: 9a-12p
- Cortlandville Fire Station: 9a-1p
- Homer Town Hall: 9a-12p
- Marathon Village Green: 9a-12p
According to the CDC, timely disposal of prescription medicine can reduce the risk of others taking the medication accidentally or misusing the medication intentionally.
