Rep. Molinaro Seeking Community Project Funding Requests

Congressman Marc Molinaro (NY-19) has announced that his office is seeking local community project requests for the 2025 fiscal year. Every year, the US House Appropriations Committee collects development projects from members of congress to be considered in upcoming appropriations bills, Molinaro’s Office said in a release.

Part of the fiscal year 2025, Rep. Molinaro says he will be allowed to submit a limited number of funding requests for specific community projects within the 19th Congressional District.

“I’ve been fighting to make Upstate New York a better place to live, work, and raise a family. This is another opportunity to secure game changing investments for our communities and make progress.” Molinaro said.

Projects for 2024 are still being finalized within the House’s Fiscal year 2024, but Molinaro says he was successful in securing over $27 million in federal funding for the district. Funding secured went towards improvement of roadways and water infrastructure, housing for veterans, expanding mental care, and assistance in EMS agencies upgrades and facilities.

Molinaro says applicants for consideration are asked to fill out a form, found HERE and then email to MolinaroProjects@Mail.house.gov by February 28th.
