Rep. Molinaro Announces CAPCO to Receive Over $3.1 Million

US Congressman Marc Molinaro (NY-19), has announced the Cortland County Community Action Program (CAPCO) will be receiving federal funding in the amount of $3,113,594 for their Head Start program.

Molinaro’s Office says the federal funding comes from the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). CAPCO’s Head Start program offers comprehensive early childhood education, health, nutrition, and parent involvement services for children from low-income families. 

“I’m proud to deliver over $4 million in federal funds for critical early education services in Cortland and Delaware County. Head Start ensures every kid regardless of family income, receives quality education and has the opportunity to succeed. It is so important to invest in childhood education and our future generation.”
