Orchard street will be temporarily closed as renovation work has begun on the former Mullens Office Supplies at 28 Main Street in Downtown Cortland.
The street closure is expected to only last through tomorrow, July 11th.
The first floor will feature a new entrance way, windows, façade, a bar and serving area, 3 golf simulator stations, heat and serve kitchen, and an ADA compliant restroom.
For the second floor, a 3 bedroom walk-up residential apartment will be done, with a separate entrance from the business below.
