The Cortland County Health Department along with the Tobacco Free Zone is reminding residents that the city does not allow any smoking or vaping within 25 feet of a building entrance or exit in the Downtown area in the City of Cortland.
The law is to protect others from the harmful effects of secondhand smoke.
