The Cortland Common Council back on September 6th voted to amend the City Code regarding the City Parks hours of operation. On Friday, September 16th, the modification was filed with the state.
The City of Cortland’s new park hours are now:
- Daily, 6am until one half-hour after sunset.
No one will be allowed to enter or remain in any city park from closing until 6am the following day. Those who violate the new park hours will be subject to penalties.
