The annual free program at the Center for the Arts in Homer, The Summer Mural Program is inviting students in grades 6 to 12 to explore the arts by connecting them to their fellow students, local artists and community members.
The program this year will be led by Bryan Valentine Thomas, who is a multimedia artist whose practice encompasses installation, sculpture as well as two-dimensional work. He has over 20 years of experience teaching college level art courses in drawing, design and sculpture. This will be his third collaboration with the Center for the Arts youth mural program.
