Registration For Annual Chris’ Run & Walk Open – Happening on July 12th

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office says the annual Chris’ Run & Walk 5K or 10K will be held on Saturday, July 12th beginning at 8am. Those interested in participating are asked to meet at the Cincinnatus Town Park. Registration costs $25 with proceeds going to help youth in the community make healthy choices about diet and exercise. The first 100 people to register will receive a free t-shirt.

The 5K will begin at the Town Park on Route 26 and will be an out and back course. For the 10K, this will be a loop that will begin on the bridge that is walking distance from the Town Park and will have the same finish line as the 5K. The Sheriff’s Office says the 5K is fairly flat while the 10K has some hills.
