Another Cortland bar has been charged with violating the state’s limited reopening protocols. one of three in Central New York listed yesterday by Governor Cuomo.
Red Jug Pub on Central Avenue was cited on July 21, just days after it was announced that Central City Bar & Grill received a July 19 citation.
No specifics are given regarding individual complaints.
Any business that’s charged could have their liquor license suspended or pay fines of up to $10k if found guilty.
In the meantime, their licenses remain active and each is entitled to a hearing before the State Liquor Authority.
