Ready For a Bargain? Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Looks at Cortland Location

An Ollie’s Bargain Outlet looks to open a Cortland location in the near future. The location is planned for the Riverside Plaza on Cortland’s northside. Tonight, the City of Cortland Zoning Board of Appeals will hear from Ollie’s regarding a sign variance for the store.

The variance is for a wall sign which exceeds the square footage requirements. Notes in tonight’s meeting show the future store to take space in the former Zayre department store near the current Family Dollar store in the plaza.

X101 has reached out to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet for further information including a planned opening date for the store. Tonight’s ZBA meeting will take place at Cortland City Hall at 5:30pm.
