A tractor trailer rollover caused by inclement weather is slowing traffic on Interstate 81 in Cortland County.
The accident is on the southbound lanes, just before the Riverside plaza in the city (Exit 11; Clinton Avenue).
Authorities are on scene. Motorists should expect delays, as the right lane will be closed for up to 2 hours.
— Major flooding on Port Watson Street is affecting traffic near the railroad tracks.
— Route 41 is closed outside the village of McGraw, which is facing major flooding.
— NY-392 EB/WB is closed between Page Green Rd and US 11 (Virgil). Lanes will be down for up to 2 hours.
