It’s official! Coffee Mania has begun construction of Homer Hut in Homer. The new location will open sometime this December just down the road from Origins.
The new hut, will be built at 115 North West Rd. in Homer. It will include two drive-thru windows, similar to the Groton Ave. and Port Watson St. locations.
The former autobody shop will be renovated for storage.
For the former daycare on the property Craig Brooks, Owner of Coffee Mania, says there are no plans for it and it is in rough shape, he states that something needs to happen with it eventually.
Origins, which has been open since 2009, will close its doors once the new Homer Hut opens.
The Homer Hut will be drive-thru only with no indoor seating and ordering.
