Tonight at 6 pm there is a public informational meeting for the Phase IV Groton Avenue Public Improvements Project.
Residents will have the opportunity to ask general questions about the project.
The meeting will take place at the Cortland Elks Club located at 9 Groton Avenue. BCA Architects and Engineers will be on hand to discuss the upcoming road reconstruction project along Groton Avenue.
