The Cortlandville Town Board meets tonight at 5pm at the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building in the Town of Cortlandville. The first thing on the agenda will be three public hearings for building projects within the town.
The first hearing will regard the aquifer protection permit application for Triple City Holdings, LLC. The company looks to expand with construction of a new 11,670 square foot warehouse at 3772 US Route 11.
Second is the new construction for Cortland Chrysler Dodge Jeep. The company suffered a damaging fire earlier this year that rendered the building a total loss. The hearing will also be in regards to an aquifer protection permit at the same address (3878 Route 281).
Lastly, will be for the Regan Mixed Use Development application for an aquifer protection permit. Regan Development looks to construct a 4-story residential and commercial building near Country Max on Route 13. The building would consist of 68 multi-family units and over 6,000 square feet of commercial space.
After the public hearing, the Town Board will vote to approve the aquifer protection permits for all three projects.
