Public Hearing On State Funding For Byrne Project

Byrne Holdings’ plans to buy machinery and expand its plant in Cortlandville has the rest of its state funding.


Empire State Development plans a public hearing on April 13 on use of a total of $6-million in state funds.

Byrne says it is investing $144-million on projects here and in East Syracuse.

The company says it will retain 433 employees and hire 289 more.
