Tonight, The Seven Valleys Health Coalition (SVHC) is holding an open community feedback session on the future Homer edible park that will open in 2023 along Route 11.

From using community feedback that was collected by the SVHC over this past summer a draft design of the edible park was made. Now, a community feedback session will be held on the draft design before it is finalized.

The session will hold a brief presentation of the edible park concept, and will then include an open-house-style feedback session. SVHC is encouraging community members to provide verbal or written feedback regarding the draft design.

The meeting will be held tonight, Tuesday, October 25th at 5:30pm via Zoom. You can find the link to the Zoom meeting HERE.

This virtual event is hosted by the Village of Homer and led by the Cortland Food Project’s Food Policy Subcommittee and SUNY ESF Landscape Design professor Matt Pottinger.
