The Cortlandville Planning Board has a few items on its agenda tonight at 6:30 pm.
The board is expected to review County Planning Board approval of a Ray Energy proposal for a propane depot on Route 11. That county approval comes with 21 conditions. (Ray Energy hopes to place six-60-thousand gallon propane tanks on the site. Some of the conditions include location of hydrants, training of first responders, driveway access to Route 11.)
Byrne Dairy has revised the location of a scale in its permit request for an expansion at its South Cortland plant.
One of the new proposals is from the Ithaca owners of Squeaky Clean Car Wash at the corner of Routes 222 and 281 to install 4 vacuum stations and 1 carpet cleaning machine next to the new tunnel car wash.
And back to Polkville for a new request from Hartley’s to clear a vacant 200’ x 100’ lot on Weaver Road and create a gravel parking lot where campers/vehicles being serviced or repaired would be stored.
