The City of Cortland Police Department plans to hold it’s annual sale of recovered and unclaimed bicycles on Saturday August 6, 2016 from 8 am to 11 am.
The sale will be held at the City Armory at 19 Wheeler Avenue.
For this year’s sale, Deputy Chief Paul Sandy says the department has approximately 25 bicycles of various size, style, quality, and condition to sell.
The bicycles are sold on a first come basis so plan to arrive early, however doors will not open until 8 am.
Profits from the sale will be donated to the Cortland Water Works Deer Fund.
