The New York State Department of Health and Cortland County Health Department has announced they’re partnering up to sponsor pop-up Covid-19 vaccination clinics.
Boosters and initial series vaccinations for both the Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson will be offered for all eligible age groups. The clinics will be open three days a week beginning December 28 until February 5.
Held from 10am till 7pm unless otherwise noted:
- December 28-30 at Marathon Civic Building 11 Brink Street, Marathon NY
- January 6-8 at Truxton Academy Charter School, 6337 Academy Street, Truxton NY
- There will be a pause from 2-4 pm on school days for bus pickups.
- January 13-15 at Port Watson Mini Conference Center, 131 Port Watson Street, Cortland NY
- January 18-20 at Marathon Civic Building 11 Brink Street, Marathon NY
- January 27-29 at Truxton Academy Charter School, 6337 Academy Street, Truxton NY
- There will be a pause from 2-4 pm on school days for bus pickups.
- January 3-5 at Port Watson Mini Conference Center, 131 Port Watson Street, Cortland NY
Pre-registration for these clinics will begin Wednesday, December 22. Walk-ins are accepted at all locations and dates. Walk-ins will have to fill out a registration form. A guardian must be present for any minor receiving a vaccine.

Valid photo ID and a vaccination card (if previously vaccinated) are required to receive the vaccine. All vaccines are offered with no cost included.
Cortland County is offering transportation assistance through free Dial-a-Ride services to and from any of the clinics between 8am-1pm weekdays, call Cortland Transit at 607-758-3383 to schedule transportation in advance.
