A Cortlandville man faces charges for abusing an incompetent or disabled person in the Village of McGraw.
Thirty year-old Devin Price was arrested on Friday (November 5) by the Cortland County Sheriff’s Department. Their investigation first began on October 23.
Authorities say Price “physically and inappropriately restrained” an individual he was entrusted to provide care for.
The victim was not injured during the incident.
Price was given an appearance ticket to Cortlandville Town Court on November 15.
He is charged with Endangering the Welfare of an incompetent or disabled person — a class E Felony.
