City of Cortland made an arrest on an incident that occurred on April 16 around 3 am at the Daily Grind North location at 22 Main Street in Downtown Cortland.
Casey C. Burke was arrested on a warrant. He smashed the store front window which resulted in causing over $1,100 in damage. He then reached into the opening created from the smashed window and stole two glass smoking pipes valued around $339 from the business.
He was arrested, processed, and arraigned in Cortland City Court. Burke was remanded to the Cortland County Jail and is to reappear in Court today. (May 6)
