A Pennsylvania man was arrested by State Police following a dispute at a residence on Searsburg Road in the Town of Ulysses.
Troopers determined 65-year old Edwin Garcia had unwanted sexual contact with a child less than the age of 11. Garcia was arrested and charged with felony aggravated sexual abuse in the second degree.
Garcia is being held at the Tompkins County Jail on $100,000 cash bail, $200,000 bond or $1,000,000 partially secured bond.
