
“Peek at the Peak” with Drew Broderick, Week 7 – Spartan Race (audio)
Local News, On Demand, What We're Talking About March 6, 2020During this morning’s (March 6) exclusive Peek at the Peak segment, Greek Peak V.P. of Sales & Marketing Drew Broderick discussed tomorrow’s big Spartan Race expected to draw more than 3,500 visitors to the mountain all weekend long.
Tomorrow marks the fourth year in a row Greek Peak is hosting the Winter Sprint Spartan Race.
Events begin around 7:30 tomorrow morning and run in tiers throughout the day until around 6:30 pm.
All parking will cost $25 until after 3 pm, but that fee can be applied toward a new 2020-21 season pass tomorrow only.
Parking passes can be bought ahead of time at GreekPeak.net.
Additionally, a free shuttle will run to and from TC3 lots 1-4 from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm, sponsored by Greek Peak.
Season pass holders at the mountain are also eligible for a free lift ticket at Toggenburg Mountain tomorrow only if they want to avoid the crowds from the Spartan event.
Travelers should higher-than-average traffic density in the area throughout the weekend, especially along State Route 392.
