The Village of Homer has provided additional details for tomorrow’s Holiday in Homer. Additional parking and shuttle details can be found below as well as the hours of the basketball courts for tomorrow.
The basketball courts will close at 10pm this evening and will remain closed until 5pm tomorrow, July 15th. Additionally, there will be no parking or access to the fire station, charging stations, or the basketball court until 5pm tomorrow.
The Town Hall parking lot will also be closed to the public starting at 6am tomorrow, as individuals running events in the village will use the parking lot. It will reopen at 5pm as well.
For the public lot off of James Street (Behind Dashers), it will be closed to the public at 6am tomorrow. The lot will be for handicap parking only. Parking will open at 9am, and individuals must show a legal handicap sticker, tag, or license plate to park.
Shuttle service is being provided by the Homer Central Schools with parking available at the Future Linear Park site on Route 11 (Homer Ave.), the back parking lot of Homer High School, and the combined lots of the Homer Elks Lodge and Heyer Physical Therapy on Cortland Street in the village.
Drop offs by the shuttles will be at the Village Green on the Cayuga Street side with shuttle service running from 9am to 4pm with continuous loops between 15-20 minutes.
