The Tompkins Cortland Community College men’s basketball upset bid came up short in the quarterfinals of the NJCAA Region 3 playoffs on Wednesday with the Panthers falling to Mohawk Valley Community College 85-42. Tompkins Cortland, the #9 seed in the Region 3 playoffs, ends the season with a record of 13-12 overall. Mohawk Valley, the top seed in Region 3 and ranked #6 in the nation, advances to the semifinal round with a record of 25-2.
