A Pennsylvania man was arrested Tuesday (August 20) in his resident state by members of the Cortland County Sheriff’s Department, following a narcotics investigation conducted alongside the Cortland County Drug Task Force.
Forty-one-year-old Shoun Pinder, of Redding, PA, was taken into custody on a sealed indictment handed up by the Cortland County Supreme Court.
He is charged with one count of 3rd degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance.
Cortland deputies extradited Pinder back to Cortland County and remanded him to the County Jail, where he awaits a September 10 appearance.
He’s being held on $20,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
