Over $25,000 Raised During Cortland Memorial Foundations Annual Nightingale Benefit Concert
The third annual Nightingale Benefit Concert that was held at the Homer Center for the Arts in Homer has raised over $25,000 to support patient care initiatives at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center. The annual event is organized by the Cortland Memorial Foundation.
This year’s recipient of the Nightingale Award was earlier named to Tammy Small, who has over 20 years in obstetrical care and shows an unwavering dedication to nursing excellence and community service.
“The community’s generous support of the Nightingale Benefit Concert will significantly enhance patient care services at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center,” said Sheila Ossit, Cortland Memorial Foundation Director. “This successful event underscores the community’s deep appreciation for the tireless work and dedication of our nurses.”
The Cortland Memorial Foundation and Guthrie also recognized the dozens of sponsors for their annual event and made the 3rd year of the Nightingale Concert a major success.
